Welcome to Ebb and Flow Yoga



Fall can be a busy time for many of us: Autumn equinox, the transition from summer days to a cooler season, a return to the the flurry of activity at the office, nature's preparation for winter. We also tend to associate this season as a time for new beginnings (think back to when we were in school, new teachers, new friends, new challenges!)
We're always trying to find a balance between work and play. I've found that by integrating breath, mind and body into my day, I get a little closer to achieving this balance. Yoga helps me to cultivate this balance, with its subtle reminder to always return to the breath.
